Buffalo City Buffalo, referred to as the queen city is situated on the western part of New York state and is home to about three hundred thousand residents, making it the second largest city in the state of New York. Buffalo city is the county seat of Erie County. Several of the worlds most renowned architects live in Buffalo city. they are; E.B. Green, H.H.
